Cancellation Policy and FAQ

Cancellation made by the customer earlier than 48 hours of any selected visit/tour/experience will benefit of a full refund or credit, unless specified otherwise (see below *Important note*).
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the selected tour/experience and no-shows are not refunded. They remain entirely due by the customer.

• Some specific visits/tours/experiences require the advance purchase by “With Love From Paris Tours” of non-refundable tickets & fares at some paying attractions. It is always the case for attractions such as museums like the Louvre, the Eiffel tower, paying exhibitions and paying venues such as the palace of Versailles). In the event that a tour involving the advance purchase of such tickets has been booked, the amount of the refund to the customer will be imputed of the total cost of the tickets regardless of the customer’s date of cancellation. It does apply to visits to the Eiffel tower, Louvre, Palace of Versailles and to any venue that does not allow refunds for tickets and fares or that requires a cancellation fee.
• Some specific visits/tours/experiences require the use of private or public transportation, either with the services of a private chauffeur or by train:
• In the case of the use of a private chauffeured vehicle, cancellation made up to 7days prior to the visit/tour/experience will be issued a full refund. For a cancellation made within 7 days prior to the visit/tour/experience, a penalty fee of 100€ will be retained by With Love From Paris Tours. In the case of the purchase of train fares, a penalty fee or the total amount of the purchase will be retained if applicable to With Love From Paris Tours by the train service provider.
• In the event that the operator With Love From Paris Tours must cancel a visit/experience/tour due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure, weather conditions not allowing the smooth running of the planned event, unexpected closure of the main place of visit, etc.), the customer will be proposed a credit or a full refund. He will also be offered to postpone the visit to another date. If the client agrees to a change of date of the planned event, there will be neither partial nor full refund. The visit will be considered as entirely delivered by the operator With Love From Paris Tours.
• If it is the customer’s decision to postpone their visit/experience/tour, the company With Love From Paris Tours may propose another date depending on the availability of the company, without however guaranteeing that another date is available.

To drive a 50cc automatic scooter in France:
You must be at least 18 years old and show proof of a valid, current car driver’s license.
For your safety and everyone else on the road, you must have a fair amount of experience and be confident driving a motorized two-wheel vehicle which the guide of the day will be able to evaluate.

To drive a 125cc automatic scooter in France:
You must show proof of a valid, current Motorcycle endorsed driver’s license and you must be at least 20 years old.

Passengers must be older than 10 years old.

Driving in and around Paris is quite easy with a high degree of safety. However, the participant driver will be at the commands of a two-wheel motorized vehicle. Consequently, it is required that the participant driver has substantial experience for everyone’s safety on the road. Because safety is our priority, the tour guide will be able to assess if the participant driver can drive a scooter Vespa.

If the tour guide determines that the participant driver must not drive, he has full right to end the tour at any moment. The tour guide’s decision prevails. Consequently, the customer will lose any amount already paid to With Love From Paris Tours for the reason that we will have booked for you and not for someone else.

After you have booked, you will receive a follow up email reminding you of scooter driving requirements and rules. You will be asked to answer the following two written questions:

• Have you already driven a scooter, a moped or a moto?
• For 125cc, do you have a valid, current motorbike driver’s license?

It is your responsibility to provide us – the company With Love From Paris Tours – the correct and truthful information. Our scooters are automatic – NO clutch 🙂

Cancellation made up to 7days prior to the visit/tour/experience will be issued a full refund.
For a cancellation made within 7 days prior to the visit/tour/experience, a penalty fee of 100€ will be retained by With Love From Paris Tours on the reimbursement.

Any extra tickets booked within the frame of a Vespa tour will also be deducted from the reimbursement.

We operate our tours regardless of the weather conditions, rain or shine, unless specified otherwise. Please, wear clothes accordingly to the weather conditions and to the nature of the tour with comfortable shoes for walking!
